Hip Hop Fitness
Hip Hop Fitness is a mixture of the Improvisational dance style of HIP HOP and the improving body movements of excerise into one hour of work and fun to all Hip Hop music. With hip hop having so many types of styles that work out every muscle in the body, focusing on excersicing becomes so much easier with EASY TO FOLLOW MOVES! Working your muscles from head to toe sheds many calories with an up beat song fueling you all the way. Before and after every class will be a stretching warm up and a stretching cool down of the body. Even though your having fun burn those unwanted calories away, It can really do a number on your body. Stretching is always a good part of fitness because it relaxes the body and prevents any bodily harm.

Zumbatomic® is an exhilarating workout designed specifically for kids' minds and bodies!
This program fuses the original Zumba style with the science behind children exercise programs.
Kids ages 4-12 will enjoy movement and exercise while being exposed to world-class musical rhythms and also educated on dance styles and their origins.
The goal of the program is to develop healthy lifestyle including leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, responsibility, as well as developing coordination, balance, discipline, memory and creativity. It can helpincorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s life styles, not just a class that they attend once a week. Zumbatomic is the perfect way to show kids how exercising, dancing and staying fit can be a blast!

Zumba® Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells.
Created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive light weight training to improve overall performance.
Zumba® Toning creates the same party atmosphere as every other Zumba program because the rhythm of the dance is the passion and foundation which keeps participants engaged and coming back. Zumba Toning is fun, different, challenging, and effective and provides, for the participant, a new avenue to weighted activity.

Unleash your inner "Charlie's Angel".
Tae Bo® Fitness classes use kickboxing and martial arts moves that are fused with cardio moves. All are safe, repetitive and easy to learn. Participants will learn to do each move at their own pace and level. Basic and Advanced moves are shown so each person can start slow and work up from there. After about 2 classes, participants will become more comfortable with all the moves.
Then - add in some upbeat music for all ages, a hyped up instructor to keep the class motivated and you have your self a super one-hour workout that burns big time calories! We use our own body weight to safely bounce, squat, air-punch and air-kick our way into shape. Participants can burn up to 1000+ calories per class.

FIT Sculpt
This 60 min class will take you from
circuit training
to boot camp!
The routines combine strength and endurance training exercises to burn maximum calories. From plyometrics to intense core training, every muscle group will be targeted and you sure will walk out of class super energized.
Although we recommend that you bring your mat and dumbbells, don't fret if you don't have any
equipment at home.
We all have a wonderful source -
our body weight and that's ample resistance to give you great results.
